A portfolio of my most recent events where I have created collaterals, assisted with purchasing supplies and souvenirs, created decorations, and provided support and manpower during the event proper. The successes of these events are what led me to pursue an event related career in the future. Just the feeling of relief and joy when I see something I have worked on turn into a success is enough for me to want more.
This event was the first and largest event where I have provided my assistance. It is also my favorite event out of all that I have participated in. This is a 7th birthday celebration done in the Village Sports Club where my roles consist of creating the birthday banner hanging at the stage, creating custom birthday stickers and magnets, creating some ceiling and table decorations, purchasing prizes, assisting with the souvenirs, and checking with the prizes at the gaming area to see if there are still enough to give away.
Additionally, Snaps Studios was also present for Photo and Video Coverage service. I was in constant communication with the contact person and with the Team assigned during the event. For post, I was tasked to edit the photos taken.
A portfolio of events done in school. This may include events done in our school's Multimedia Arts organization, Southville Artists Anonymous, or it could be class related events wherein my roles included my time as Finance head.
For this event, I was in the finance team with another person. My task for this event is to collect funds from a previous fundraising activity and allot a certain amount for this event.
As a member of the finance team, I was included with venue oculars, tracking funds and expenses using google sheets, searching, and purchasing materials. Additionally, as a part of the logistics team, I was tasked to help make the props required, pack the souvenirs, handle deliveries of purchased materials, and help the project head with any additional requirements needed. As the person holding the money, I was in constant communication with the project head and the logistics head in case there are any additional materials needed to be purchased immediately. During Ingress, I played roles in setting up tables, the stage, and supported the hanging of the floating decorations. During the event proper, I along with everyone else, played their roles in making sure the event was a success.
This event was the fundraiser that also helped fund the Graduation ball. Again, I was in the finance team with one other person. My task for this event is to collect funds and hold money from last year's remaining fund.
As a class we were each required to look for a sponsor for our event, the money was sent to the finance team. As a part of the finance team, I was in charge of tracking sponsorship funds and expenses using google sheets, searching for affordable suppliers, and purchasing materials. Additionally, as a part of the logistics team, I was tasked to help make the props required, handle deliveries of purchased materials, and set up the location during ingress. During the event proper, The finance team was assigned to purchase food for the guest speakers and we were assigned to lead the question and answer portion of one of the guest speakers.
This event is a haloween fundraising project of Southville Artists Anonymous, the organization of Multimedia Arts. It is an escape room set to look like a horror art studio.
For this event, my roles included creating reservation forms, getting signatures for project proposal, purchasing materials, and creating props and designing the two rooms. During the event proper, I was assigned to usher people to the location, then I was assigned to the ticketing booth afterwards. After the event, I along with everyone else took part in cleaning up.
